Door County Adventure Rafting

Captain Allan was fantastic! Visited today for the Deaths Door Tour for our 10yr wedding anniversary and he made it a memory to cherish for years to come! The knowledge of the environment was fantastic and he was a lot of fun!!! Will hopefully come again!!!

Definitely one of the highlights on our first Door County visit! Allan is a very good guide, made the ride fun & interesting. Got to see several shipwrecks and caves up close n personal. Very safe vessel. It was sort of hard to hear him, if you’re hard of hearing would recommend sitting towards the front of the boat 👍🏻

We have visited Cave Point County Park numerous times but this was the first time getting to see it from the water and it did not disappoint. Captain Allen was very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He safely navigated us into a couple of the caves which was quite the experience! When we weren’t exploring the caves or shipwrecks he made sure to turn up the tunes and the speed and made the entire tour a lot of fun. If you are an adventure seeker, this tour is for you!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Death’s Door tour with Door County Adventure Rafting and Captain Matt. It was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, the tour was filled with excitement, stunning scenery, and great history. Even the safety briefing in the beginning was entertaining. The boat is fast which made the ride exhilarating and fun (and the music was on point). Some other boats I have been on are bigger and slower – which means you don’t get to see as many sights. The views are simply breathtaking. We got up close to the lighthouses on Plum and Pilot Islands, which were amazing to see. One of the highlights was seeing the shipwrecks in the pretty clear waters. Matt recently discovered an undocumented shipwreck, and it was incredible to see these pieces of history up close. Matt was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, passionate, and shared so many interesting stories about the area’s history, the lighthouses, and the shipwrecks. His enthusiasm truly made the experience even better. If you’re looking for a unique and thrilling way to experience Door County’s beauty and history, I highly recommend Door County Adventure Rafting and their Death’s Door tour! It’s an adventure you won’t forget!

We had a great boat tour with Adventure Rafting this weekend! It was a little chilly, being the first weekend open in May, but worth it to bundle up and get outside! Our guide was knowledgeable, and it was so clear in the water that we actually discovered pieces from new shipwrecks! Delightfully fun tour!

My wife and I took the Deaths Door Tour and we really enjoyed it. Allen was our guide and he was knowledgeable of the area and history. We look forward to trying some of the other tours they offer.

Cap’n Kate did a great job! The Death’s Door tour was very informative and well worth tbe price. I’ll definetly check out on of the other options with my family next year!

This is the best boat tour I’ve ever done in Door County. You get right up close to cliffs, islands, and shipwrecks. Captain Kate is a fun, knowledgeable guide. The ride can get bouncy but that made it more fun!
